ADA Advisory Services & Protection Packages

We structure our fees so you know exactly what you are buying, from a one-time legal exposure review to full remediation and long-term monitoring. Pricing varies with site size and complexity, but most clients fit comfortably into the ranges below.

1. WCAG Legal Exposure Review (Entry Assessment)

This is the low-friction starting point. We perform a focused WCAG and legal risk review of your public-facing site and deliver a written findings memo plus a brief advisory call.

  • Small sites (up to 10–15 key pages): $750–$1,250
  • Mid-size sites (up to ~50 key pages): $1,500–$2,500

2. WCAG Remediation Project (Implementation)

For clients who want to move from diagnosis to actual repair, we scope and execute a remediation project based on the risks identified in your review. Engagements are priced by complexity tier, with clear deliverables and timelines.

  • Tier 1 – Simple marketing sites: $3,000–$6,000
  • Tier 2 – Growing or feature-rich sites: $6,000–$12,000
  • Tier 3 – Complex or enterprise environments: starting at $12,000+

3. Ongoing Monitoring & Support (Retention)

Websites change. New pages, promotions, and features can reintroduce WCAG risk over time. Ongoing monitoring gives you a practical way to keep your shield up without re-starting from scratch every year.

  • Small organizations: $250–$400 per month
  • Mid-size organizations: $400–$750 per month
  • High-risk or frequently changing sites: $750–$1,500+ per month

All pricing is quoted in the range that these type of businesses listed typically invest.  Final pricing will be finalized after a brief intake discussion to understand your site, your risk profile, and how quickly you need solutions in place. Flat-fee projects and monitoring retainers are designed to be predictable, transparent, and more cost efficnety by far than the cost and distraction of defending an avoidable lawsuit or demand letter.
